It is important to inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before receiving any beauty treatments. While we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of allergic reactions, we cannot guarantee complete avoidance, particularly with products containing various ingredients that can sometimes cause unfavorable side effects including, but not limited to: allergic reactions, irritation, itchiness, redness, soreness, dehydration, and skin lifts.

We do not guarantee specific results, and any before-and-after images or testimonials provided are for illustrative purposes only. Following post-treatment care instructions provided by your service provider is essential to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential risks or complications. Failure to adhere to these instructions may affect the outcome of the service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your class or beauty appointment.

Rescheduling:

All regular appointments can be rescheduled up to 36 hours before your appointment time. This allows us adequate time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

For services over $50, the full amount of your deposit will be forfeited.

For appointments under $50, The full amount will be charged.

Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you encounter such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate your needs while considering the impact on our schedule and other clients.

Course Disclaimer

While this course equips participants with valuable knowledge and skills, it is important to understand that certification alone does not authorize individuals to perform esthetician or cosmetology services in a professional capacity without proper licensure.
