Acknowledgment of Risks

While we strive to deliver satisfactory results, please understand that outcomes may vary depending on factors such as skin type, hair texture, and individual responses to treatments.

It is important to inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before receiving any beauty treatments. While we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of allergic reactions, we cannot guarantee complete avoidance, particularly with products containing various ingredients.

Potential side effects may include: Allergic reactions, skin irritation, itchiness or redness, soreness or sensitivity, skin dehydration, and skin lifts (in rare cases).

Results & Expectations

While we aim to achieve the desired results for our clients, individual outcomes may vary based on factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results, and any before-and-after images or testimonials provided are for illustrative purposes only.

Following post-treatment care instructions provided by your service provider is essential to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential risks or complications. Failure to adhere to these instructions may affect the outcome of the service.

Consent & Photography

By proceeding with your service or course, you consent to Lashingona taking photographs of treatments and course activities for documentation and promotional purposes, ensuring utmost confidentiality and discretion.

If you do not wish to be photographed or have your images used for marketing purposes, please inform us in writing before your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment or class.

Rescheduling Appointments: All regular appointments can be rescheduled up to 36 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us adequate time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • For services over $50: The full amount of your deposit will be forfeited.
  • For appointments under $50: The full appointment amount will be charged.
  • No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you encounter such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.

Training Course Disclaimer

Important Notice: The training courses offered are certification courses only and do not confer licensure as an esthetician or cosmetologist in the State of California.

Completion of this course provides certification in Sugaring, acknowledging proficiency in the skills taught during the program. However, to practice as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist in California, you must:

  1. Enroll in a recognized beauty college or institution approved by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology
  2. Complete a comprehensive training program meeting state requirements
  3. Pass the California state board examinations
  4. Obtain proper licensure from the State of California

While this course equips participants with valuable knowledge and skills, certification alone does not authorize individuals to perform esthetician or cosmetology services in a professional capacity without proper California state licensure.
